Since I am back to my hometown, I have started accepting orders for Eggless Cakes and Chocolates. And also holding classes....
No occasion is complete without sweets.. and these days people prefer cakes and chocolates over other sweets... so here I am with my variety of handmade-homemade Eggless Cakes and Chocolates...
Had received some orders for cakes lately so I am sharing my cake pics with u all.. Please leave me comments for these...
The first order was for a chocolate cake with chocolate icing... since the weather is bit humid and rainy, I chose to decorate the cake with lots of chocolate sauce dripping....
I felt the design to be very girly and chocolate sauce less... so gave a second chance....
This combo of white and chocolate is always a visual delight.... I tried to give a rainy look by dripping white sauce at the sides....
This design seemed bit more sober for a guy :) ;)
The next order was for a butter scotch cake.... I have been experimenting with various flavours lately and this is a flavour people hardly ask for these days....
Thankfully it was liked and appreciated :) :) I am soo happy :)
The next one was a 3 Pounds Bday cum 25th Anniversary cake for a girls and her parents... I was given full freedom to choose the flavour and icing...
I decided to go with the colour of the season... Green and made a Kiwi cake....
It looked bit empty.. the anniversary link was bit missing.... so I added some silver balls to it....
This is how it looked like... after it got the touch of silver....
I got a few feedback about this cake from the guests and yes... positive ones.... Yet to get the response from the client.....
My next class is scheduled for tomorrow... will be uploading the pictures and share the story soon...
